 The great Zeus had an affair with the gentle Titaness Leto... Hera, Zeus' wife, was so mad she forbade Mother Earth to give Leto refuge... Poor Leto wandered the earth... Finally, Poseidon, the god of the sea, took pity on Leto and sent the floating island Delos to her as a place to rest... Leto gave birth to Artemis, goddess of the hunt and virginity, and then to Apollo, god of truth and light, in this sacred grove near the palm tree... Zeus looked on from the mountain in the background... Wynkyn made a note to NEVER EVER do
